It is becoming apparent that more and more individuals are becoming interested in eco and holistic life styles. Some of the probable reasons for this on the ecology side of things are global warming, pollution and fuel costs, whilst on the holistic side people are realizing that stress is a major factor in illness and that prevention can be better than cure, this as led to interest in modalities like meditation, reiki and massage. It seems to us that ecology and holistic living should come together and therefore give us a truly balanced lifestyle.
